Join us in New York for an elegant literary dialogue with Pajtim Statovci, co-presented by the Albanian Institute and Scandinavia House.
Pajtim Statovci, the internationally acclaimed, Kosovo-born Finnish writer praised by The New York Times for a debut novel that was “a marvel” and “a remarkable achievement” with “prodigious” literary gifts, will join us to discuss Crossing, his new novel that speaks to identity, war, exile, love, and much more. Presented by the Albanian Institute in collaboration with Scandinavia House, we are pleased to invite you to a literary conversation with the author in person, followed by a book signing and reception. This event is supported by FILI (Finnish Literature Exchange).
The discussion will be moderated by the American poet and translator Matthew Dix. Following the talk, copies of the novel will be available for purchase and signing.
